Website Terms of Use
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the public website at acbautomations.com, operated by ACB Automations LLC ("ACB," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply only to use of the public website.
Website use only
Client projects and services are governed by separate written agreements, such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or other accepted project agreement. Project scope, deliverables, pricing, payment, maintenance, credentials, data handling, client responsibilities, and other project obligations are not governed by these Terms.
Informational content and reliance
The website provides general information about ACB, the types of automation systems we may build, and our approach to potential projects. Website content is informational and is not professional advice, a binding proposal, or a promise that a particular service, integration, timeline, or result is available.
Website information may not address every circumstance and may change or become outdated. You are responsible for evaluating whether the information is appropriate for your circumstances before relying on it or making a business decision.
Project inquiries
Submitting the contact form or discussing a possible project does not create a client relationship, obligate either party to begin work, or guarantee that ACB will respond to or accept the inquiry. A client relationship begins only when the parties accept a separate written agreement covering the applicable project or services.
Third-party services
The website and the services described on it may depend on, link to, or interact with third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, integrations, software, and other external services. ACB does not control those third parties and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, compatibility, pricing, or continued operation.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Project-specific responsibilities involving third-party services belong in the applicable client agreement, not these Website Terms.
AI and automated systems
References to artificial intelligence and automation describe categories of systems that ACB may evaluate or build. AI and automated outputs can vary and may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, delayed, or unavailable. Appropriate testing, monitoring, and human review depend on the use case and would be addressed in the applicable client agreement.
No guaranteed outcomes
Descriptions of potential improvements, including saving time, reducing repetitive work, generating leads, or improving operations, describe possible benefits rather than guaranteed results. ACB does not guarantee savings, revenue, lead volume, uptime, accuracy, performance, or any particular business outcome based on the website or its content.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, design, graphics, brand assets, and original content belong to ACB or its licensors. You may view and use the website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or present protected website content as another person's or business's work without permission from the applicable owner.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- interfere with, disrupt, overwhelm, or compromise the website, contact form, servers, or supporting systems;
- probe for or exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape or access the website through automated means in an abusive or unreasonably burdensome manner;
- reverse engineer protected portions of the website except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized content through the website.
Website availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue website content or features at any time. The website may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or affected by maintenance, security issues, or third-party services.
Suspension or restriction of access
We may restrict or suspend access to the website when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the website or its users, maintain security, comply with legal requirements, or protect the rights or safety of ACB or others.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." ACB makes no express or implied warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Some laws may not permit certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to use of or inability to use the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Website Terms
We may update these Terms as the website or our practices change. The effective and last-updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms apply to that use.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Entire agreement and survival
These Terms state the entire agreement between you and ACB concerning use of the public website only. They do not replace, amend, or control a separate client agreement, proposal, master services agreement, or statement of work.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, entire agreement, and any other provisions that by their nature should continue will survive the end of website use or discontinuance of the website.

Questions and general legal notices relating to these Website Terms may be sent to legal@acbautomations.com.
