Who operates the site

ACB Automations LLC ("ACB," "we," "us," or "our") operates acbautomations.com and the contact form available through the site.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, business name, email address, and a description of your project or inquiry. You may also choose to provide a phone number and website.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, regulated data, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the form.

Technical information collected automatically

Vercel, which hosts the website and its server-side API, may process ordinary technical request information such as your IP address, request metadata, requested paths, timestamps, logs, and system or security information.

The contact API also uses IP-related request information for basic abuse prevention and rate limiting.

How the information is used

We use submitted inquiry information to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate project fit, and communicate with you about the inquiry. Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing messages.

We use technical information to operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website, apply rate limits, and prevent abuse or fraud.

Service providers and processors

Vercel hosts the website and server-side API and may process the technical information described above as part of providing hosting, infrastructure, logging, and security services.

Resend processes the inquiry fields, message content, recipient and sender metadata, and your email address as the Reply-To address so the inquiry can be delivered.

Google Workspace and Google receive and store the resulting inquiry email in ACB's business mailbox.

These providers process information for their respective hosting, email-delivery, and mailbox functions. Their handling of information is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or non-essential application cookies on this website. Essential infrastructure and security processing by the providers described above is separate from analytics or advertising tracking.

Retention

If a website inquiry does not become a client project, we may retain the inquiry for up to 12 months after the last interaction. We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or appropriate recordkeeping.

Records related to clients and active or completed projects may be retained under the applicable client agreement and legitimate operational or legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information handled through the website. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Legal requirements and business transfers

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, protect the security and integrity of the website, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights and safety of ACB or others.
